"first come, first serve" and "no refund" policyfull payment upfront to avoid potential scams etc.additional charges may vary upon further request through discussionsall payments made upfront through bank transfer, paypal (international) and paymaya, gcash (local). you are obliged to pay for the transfer fees etc.completion time may vary depending on its complexity and the artist's (l.e. reikachu) availabilityno reselling, re-edit or redistributions my works online and offline unless you paid commercial rightsi hold every right to use all of the commission works as part of my portfolio for showcase. feel free to address whether or not you want yours to get showcasedonce the commission is done and the payment has been settled, i will no longer be responsible for any revisions you may seek

copyright infringement is considered as:-reproducing/ using the artwork commercially (if commissioned for personal use)
- taking credit for the creation of the artwork
- removing any watermarks and signatures or altering the artwork without the artist's consentuntil full payment has been made, i retain ownership of all original artwork/files pr parts contained therein, whether preliminary or finalupon full payment, the client shall obtain ownership of the final artwork and files to use and distribute as they see fit. (as long as it is for non-profit/personal use only)i reserve the right to use the completed project and any preliminary designs for use in portfolios, marketing materials and sharing on social media. where applicable, the client will be given any necessary credit for usage of the project elementsany trade-sensitive information such as product pricing or customer data,shall be redacted by the designer prior to useplease let me know in advance if you would prefer to not have your commission posted online

if you are inquiring about commercial use commission. please clearly state your budget in your emails for futher discussions regarding the types of commissions available for your rangepurchasing commercial rights to the artwork will always be equal to that artwork price. this may be subject to increase in the futureplease keep in mind before inquiring about commercial use commission as you are expected to double the price of the artwork for access to license rightsthe above "terms and conditions" applies equally to the commercial use commission with license rights. you have permission to reproduce the artwork for profit as long as there is credit to the artist officially
