Reminders

✿ Do's: Human, Chibis, Pets & Animals, Original & Fictional Characters, Pastel, Dark & Bright, Gore, Mecha, Aesthetic,
✿ Don'ts: Realistic, Paintings, Hated Speech
✿ All prices that listed are based per character.
✿ Additional charges may vary upon further request through discussions.
✿ All Payments is upfront through Bank Transfer, PayPal(International) and Paymaya, Gcash(Local)
✿ Completion Time is 2-7 days depending on its complexity.

Terms & Conditions

✿ ⋯ First Come, First Serve Policy.✿ ⋯ Full payment upfront. Half payment to start is acceptable for those who can't pay full payment yet.✿ ⋯ Please provide atleast 2 reference in your email with sufficient informations regarding the desired pose, colour palette, clothing etc. (If any)✿ ⋯ Hourly rate will only apply if you don't have any specific preferences for your commission and would like to leave the direction of the commission to the artist. (l.e., Reikachu)✿ ⋯ Feel free to type casually in your email as shall I and the preference for contact via email (over direct messages) is for the sake of organization only.✿ ⋯ I reserve the right to decline commissions as well as cancel commissions before the final sketch. If I feel unable to meet the demands of the client. In case of any cancellations, I will refund the remaining amount from the initial deposit after accounting for hours currently worked. The same principle applies to clients who wish to cancel their commission before the final sketch.✿ ⋯ Cancellations and refunds are unavailable after the finalised sketch has been approved by the client.✿ ⋯ In the events of cancellations of the project, I reserve every right to retain ownership of all copyrights and the original artworks.✿ ⋯ The estimated time does not include an unlimited number of revisions. As I will ask for your feedback on anything to be changed or added after approved final sketch.✿ ⋯ Please note that every revisions you would like made at this point of the process such as significant reworking (e.g. change of pose) or designing detail not discussed prior to first payment will increase estimated completion time.✿ ⋯ Please note that the extra time taken to majority revise the sketch will be added for the last half payment.✿ ⋯ The final payment will include a total surcharge to account for any transaction fees calculated accordingly to the total payments made by the client.✿ ⋯ No further changes nor refunds can be made after the commission has been completed and fully paid for by the client.

Copyrights & Ownerships

✿ ⋯ Copyright Infringement is considered as:
✿ Reproducing/ using the artwork commercially.
(If commissioned for personal use)
✿ Taking credit for the creation of the artwork.
✿ Removing any watermarks and signatures or altering the artwork without the artist's consent.✿ ⋯ Until full payment has been made, I retain ownership of all original artwork/files pr parts contained therein, whether preliminary or final.✿ ⋯ Upon full payment, the client shall obtain ownership of the final artwork and files to use and distribute as they see fit. (as long as it is for non-profit/personal use only).✿ ⋯ I reserve the right to use the completed project and any preliminary designs for use in portfolios, marketing materials and sharing on social media. Where applicable, the client will be given any necessary credit for usage of the project elements.✿ ⋯ Any trade-sensitive information such as product pricing or customer data,shall be redacted by the designer prior to use.✿ ⋯ Please let me know in advance if you would prefer to not have your commission posted online.

For Commercial Use Commissions

✿ ⋯ If you are inquiring about commercial use commission. Please clearly state your budget in your emails for futher discussions regarding the types of commissions available for your range.✿ ⋯ Purchasing commercial rights to the artwork will always be equal to that artwork price. This may be subject to increase in the future.✿ ⋯ Please keep in mind before inquiring about commercial use commission as you are expected to double the price of the artwork for access to license rights.✿ ⋯ The above "Terms and Conditions" applies equally to the commercial use commission with license rights. You have permission to reproduce the artwork for profit as long as there is credit to the artist officially.
